At Yarnton Manor we regularly host special events open to all. 

National Garden Scheme Open Day

Thursday 21st March

11am to 2pm

Yarnton Manor Estate includes seven acres of gardens including a large landscaped back lawn, walled garden, sunken garden, kitchen garden and lime tree avenue. The gardens feature a large variety of shrubs, herbaceous borders, mature trees, climbers and seasonal bedding against a backdrop of the C17 Manor House.

Yarnton Manor’s gardens are designed and overseen by Robin Lane Fox.

House tours available on request for an additional charge (not for NGS).  Tea, coffee and cake available. Croquet and garden games available on the lawn. Garden and estate team onsite. Plant sale.

Admission on the day – Adult: £5 
Children: Free

Hand Tie Bouquet Workshop

Sunday 24th March

11am to 2pm

The perfect way to spend some quality time with your Mum, join us in the beautiful surroundings of Yarnton Manor, to learn the art of ‘the bouquet’ and create a bountiful wild spring bouquet to take away and adorn your home.

All materials are included from the spring blooms to the sumptuous homemade goodies!

Wedding Showcase

Sunday 7th April

11am to 2pm

On Sunday 7th April 2019 we will be opening our doors, inviting couples to experience Yarnton Manor in all it’s glory. 

The Manor House and seven acres of gardens will be open for you to explore. We will also be showcasing the fantastic partners we work with, including Oxford Fine Dining Ltd.

Our wedding coordinator, Michelle, will be on hand to show you around the Manor, answer all your questions and offer advice.

Sunday 26th May

10am to 4pm

We’re looking forward to welcoming over 90 classic and modern MGs to Yarnton Manor on Sunday 26th May, as part of the MG Car Club’s traditional Old Speckled Hen Run.

The run will start at Radley College, just outside Abingdon and travel through Oxfordshire countryside, before arriving at Yarnton Manor for the lunchtime stop. The tour will then return to Radley College for tea and scones.
